Reservation Policy
"Effective during holidays and hunting seasons"
Reservations during opening weeks of all deer and cow elk hunts will be charged for the majority of the stay no matter how long the
actual stay is. For example, a 7 night reservation who leaves after 2 nights will be required to pay for a total of 5 nights: the 2 nights
actually spent and the majority of the balance of the 5 nights which is 3 nights.  For a 6 night stay that leaves after 2 nights the charge
will be for 4 nights: the 2 nights actually spent and 2 nights of the balance.

*Due to demand, No monthly rental on cabins during hunting season.

ATTENTION:
Cancellation Policy: 48 hours - Cabins;  24 hour notice - Rooms & Rv Sites
NON CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS will result in full payment for the first night and half payment of remainder of  reservation
unless occupancy can be rented!  No exceptions!
